The white figs at Ishii Farm are the Banane variety from France. Many people are surprised by their elegant deliciousness, with a strong sweetness and a sticky texture. They are very delicate and easily damaged, so they are rarely distributed in Japan. Please enjoy the freshly picked figs.

About figs
The white figs at Ishii Farm are the Banane variety from France. Many people are surprised by their elegant deliciousness, with a strong sweetness and a sticky texture. They are very delicate and easily damaged, so they are rarely distributed in Japan. Please enjoy the freshly picked figs.
*Pesticide-reduced, thin-skinned, so you can eat them whole!
▪️White figs from the end of August to the middle of September are large and fresh with a light taste (Summer figs 150g~/piece)
▪️White figs from mid-September to early November are relatively small, fully ripe and have a rich taste (Late autumn figs 80-150g/piece)
Both summer figs and late autumn figs have their own unique flavors. Please try comparing them.
